Waking Night Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home Location: Tiptree, Essex Salary: £29,972 per annum (inclusive of allowances) Hours: 4 x 11-hour waking night shifts per week (9:00pm – 8:00am) Are you a calm, caring, and dependable professional who finds purpose in helping others? About the Role: As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll be responsible for: * Monitoring and supporting young people during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. * Providing a calm, caring presence and responding appropriately to any incidents or emotional needs. * Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and safeguarding documentation. * Carrying out light household duties and preparing the home for the following day. * Working closely with day staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
