EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – Construction Sector
Location: Based near Haydock, Liverpool
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday in office, Friday from home

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support at senior leadership level. This is a key position where you’ll act as a trusted partner, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while ensuring priorities are managed effectively. The Role
- You’ll be supporting a senior leader with a wide range of responsibilities, including diary management, communication, and coordination across the business.

- The role involves managing a complex and ever-changing diary while acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as coordinating meetings, travel, and events.
- In addition, you will manage inboxes and prioritise communications effectively, support leadership meetings and governance processes, and take a proactive approach to anticipating challenges and resolving issues before they arise.
