Human Resources Manager – East London (Onsite, Full-Time)

MATERNITY COVER FOR ONE YEAR

Salary: £45,000 base + monthly bonus (c. £5,500 annually) + benefits

We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a standalone Human Resources Manager role based in East London, working onsite five days per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on elements of HR — from shaping people strategy and culture, to managing day-to-day operations, employee relations, and compliance.

The Role

You’ll lead the delivery of a proactive, people-focused HR function that supports both organisational goals and employee wellbeing. Working closely with senior management, you’ll provide expert advice across all areas of HR including:

  • Employee relations, performance management, and engagement
  • HR policy development and compliance
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Learning, wellbeing, and benefits initiatives
  • HR reporting, analytics, and data management

About You

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage the full HR remit, from strategy through to day-to-day operations. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in a standalone HR role, or leading a small HR function
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and a solid grounding in UK employment law
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture

The Package

  • £45,000 base salary
  • Annual bonus around £5,500 (paid monthly)
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Onsite role, Monday to Friday
