Human Resources Manager – East London (Onsite, Full-Time) MATERNITY COVER FOR ONE YEAR Salary: £45,000 base + monthly bonus (c. £5,500 annually) + benefits We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a standalone Human Resources Manager role based in East London , working onsite five days per week . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on elements of HR — from shaping people strategy and culture, to managing day-to-day operations, employee relations, and compliance. The Role You’ll lead the delivery of a proactive, people-focused HR function that supports both organisational goals and employee wellbeing. Working closely with senior management, you’ll provide expert advice across all areas of HR including: Employee relations, performance management, and engagement HR policy development and compliance Recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Learning, wellbeing, and benefits initiatives HR reporting, analytics, and data management About You We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage the full HR remit, from strategy through to day-to-day operations. You’ll ideally bring: Experience in a standalone HR role , or leading a small HR function CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and a solid grounding in UK employment law Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture The Package £45,000 base salary Annual bonus around £5,500 (paid monthly) Comprehensive benefits package Onsite role, Monday to Friday If you’re an HR professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and impact, this role offers a great opportunity to take ownership of HR in a supportive, growing organisation.
