We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support at senior leadership level. This is a key position where you’ll act as a trusted partner, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while ensuring priorities are managed effectively.

The Role

You’ll be supporting a senior leader with a wide range of responsibilities, including diary management, communication, and coordination across the business. You’ll play a central role in ensuring everything runs efficiently, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves managing a complex and ever-changing diary while acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as coordinating meetings, travel, and events. In addition, you will manage inboxes and prioritise communications effectively, support leadership meetings and governance processes, and take a proactive approach to anticipating challenges and resolving issues before they arise.
