We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support at senior leadership level. This is a key position where you’ll act as a trusted partner, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while ensuring priorities are managed effectively. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys working at pace, and takes pride in being one step ahead.
The Role
You’ll be supporting a senior leader with a wide range of responsibilities, including diary management, communication, and coordination across the business. You’ll play a central role in ensuring everything runs efficiently, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing a complex and ever-changing diary while acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as coordinating meetings, travel, and events. In addition, you will manage inboxes and prioritise communications effectively, support leadership meetings and governance processes, and take a proactive approach to anticipating challenges and resolving issues before they arise.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence working at a senior level
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
