Sales Systems Administrator
Location: Brentford
Salary: £36,000 + benefits
Our client, a well-established building supplies company, is looking for a Sales Systems Administrator to join their team on-site in Brentford. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT and communication skills to get hands-on with a company's core sales systems and play a key role in improving business processes.
You'll be trained to a high standard on the company's principal IT system, working closely with the Sales Team to drive process improvements and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out order pre-checks and invoice processing; managing general sales applications and system maintenance; providing first-line user support for the company's core sales system, including involvement in upgrades and issue resolution; maintaining system cost data for materials; liaising with the Accounts department to resolve supplier invoice queries; producing clear process documentation so tasks can be shared across the team; coordinating cross-departmental tasks to improve communication; and interrogating databases (ODBC) to produce reports as required.
What You'll Develop
You'll build your knowledge of Microsoft BI reporting and play a key part in the Internal Sales Audit, helping identify errors and root causes. You'll also get involved with Office 365, CRM and PowerApps, contribute to future process development, and help move existing reporting onto BI tools to give users more autonomy.
What We're Looking For
A high level of confidentiality and professionalism; excellent attention to detail; the ability to juggle a wide range of tasks; and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Pivot Tables and Outlook.
