Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our market leading client in Westbury, who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing

  • Lead, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Manage internal and external audits, CAPA processes, and quality documentation.
  • Analyse quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Support supplier quality, customer feedback, and business process improvements.
  • Deliver QMS training and provide expert guidance on quality and compliance.
  • Act as the key quality representative during customer, regulatory, and certification audits.

What you will need to succeed

  • Proven experience managing a Quality Management System.
  • Experience managing ISO9001 and ISO14001 essential
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, auditing, CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to influence and drive quality excellence across the organisation.
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferable
  • Strong IT skills and excellent communication skills
