Thrive Oldham are recruiting on behalf of our well established client in the Runcorn area a Warehouse Team Leader with valid external FLT licence.

Role Purpose

To responsibly lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Colleagues, to consistently deliver an efficient operation in line with both internal and external processes to deliver and exceed customer expectations. Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety are applied to the working area, as well as ensuring proven best practice process methods are applied and followed with a continuous improvement approach.

The successful candidate will head up a team within the warehouse on a manual contract to deliver KPI's and SLA's in line with contractual agreements.

Main accountabilities

To ensure that all legislative and site processes are followed and assist management with integrating the health.
