What you will be doing:
- Providing essential administrative support, setting up new clients on the system and raising purchase orders.
- Collating information for the production of quotes and invoices.
- Assisting with booking and scheduling Engineer's diaries and associated admin including processing timesheets.
- Answering the phones and dealing with emails and queries.
- Assisting with managing projects from start to finish including updating clients on a regular basis.
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven administration experience, ideally gained working with a technical / engineering product range.
- A confident communicator at all levels, adept at working under pressure where deadlines change on a regular basis.
- Good levels of numeracy as well as problem solving skills.
- IT / data entry proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email.
