Thrive Group Bolton are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver on behalf of our well-established client based in Skelmersdale (WN8).
This is an ongoing opportunity working within a busy manufacturing environment and offers ongoing work for the right candidate.
Working Hours
Candidates must be available to work a 3-shift rotating pattern, completing one week on each shift:

Mornings: 07:00 - 15:00 (Monday - Friday)

Nights: 23:00 - 07:00 (Sunday - Thursday)

Afternoons: 15:00 - 23:00 (Monday - Thursday) and 15:00 - 22:00 (Friday)
Key Responsibilities

Operating an FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently.

Loading, unloading and moving materials around the site.

Supporting production teams with stock movement.

Carrying out daily FLT safety checks.

Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
The Ideal Candidate

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential.

Previous FLT experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious.

Must be able to work all three rotating shifts.
