Thrive Oldham are delighted to be working with our well-established client in the Shipley area who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Inspector/ Machinist.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven knowledge and experience of programming languages.
  • Quality Inspector Experience Performing visual and dimensional inspections of machined components using CMM equipment.
  • Rejecting or accepting, in-process and finished items, tracking non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience of Setting/ Milling/ Turning.
  • Good knowledge of machining techniques and appropriate tooling.
  • Proven skills within a multi-axis machining environment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and process improvement techniques.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.

Mixed role Quality/ Machinist Role Monday - Friday 7.30am-5pm with 45min dinner, early finish on Friday of 11am.

Salary Competitive.
