Thrive Oldham are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers in the Middleton Area
Ad-hoc ongoing - potential Temp to Perm
Rate of pay: £14.50 per hourHours: 6.30am - Finish - Monday to Friday
Purpose of the job
You will be required to provide, in a safe and effective manner, to deliver goods from Middleton to various locations including Newcastle, Birmingham and Derby
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Undertaking vehicle checks each morning and report any defects.
- Working as part of a team.
- Ensuring that the highest level of customer care is maintained.
- Work may include more than one location
- Helper will have loaded vehicle, may need to help if needed
Requirements
- Must hold and be able to HGV Class 2 vehicle and hold a CPC and Digi-Tacho
- Knowledge of the current transport regulations
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
- Polite and friendly manner at all times
- Ability to drive in all weather conditions
