Thrive Oldham are recruiting a 7.5 Driver for our well established client in the Oldham area.

Rate of pay: £15.37 per hour

Hours: 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Various Locations starting at Oldham

Purpose of the job: You will be required to provide, in a safe and effective manner, to deliver goods from Oldham to various locations in Yorkshire and return with loads.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Undertaking vehicle checks each morning and report any defects.
  • Help load and unload if necessary.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Ensuring that the highest level of customer care is maintained.
  • Work may include more than one location.

Requirements:

  • Must hold and be able to drive 7.5 tonne and hold a CPC and Digi-Tacho.
  • Knowledge of the current transport regulations.
  • Ability to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.
  • Polite and friendly manner at all times.
  • Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
  • Help load and unload if needed.

Overtime will be paid at Time 1/2 over 40 hours. Temp ongoing.
