Thrive Group are delighted to be supporting our market leading dairy manufacturing client based in North Devon who are actively recruiting for Level 3 Dairy Manufacturing Apprenticeships. Please note - starting September 2026.
What you will be doing:
This is a structured career path within the business where, with full training, you will work as part of a supportive team on-site and play a critical role in keeping manufacturing processes running smoothly.
What you can expect:
Throughout the two-year programme, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the client's end-to-end state of the art manufacturing processes, helping to produce well-known dairy products. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing, with clear progression pathways into various roles within production.
Here are some of the areas of the business where you will gain experience:
- Logistics - hands-on experience in the cold-store and warehouse including order picking and learning to operate associated equipment including forklift.
- Dairy production - gaining experience working with a number of product lines, operating and managing a range of different machinery and working with automated processes.
- Developing knowledge - including Food Safety legislation and Health & Safety.
What you will need:
- Due to our client's location you need to be able to drive.
- Aged 18 or over and have lived in the UK for at least three years.
