About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in the Swindon area. This is a physically demanding role involving heavy manual handling, loading and unloading materials, and working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Main Duties
- Loading and unloading materials and products safely and efficiently
- Manual lifting and handling of heavy items throughout the shift
- Scanning and recording stock accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines
About You
- Physically fit and confident with heavy lifting
- Previous warehouse or production experience is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Own transport is preferred due to shift times and location
