  • Shift pattern
  • Monday to Friday
  • 3 shift rotating pattern: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00
  • £15.47 per hour
  • What you will be doing
  • Follow recipes and batch instructions.
  • Weigh and mix ingredients, including lifting 25kg bags.
  • Operate and monitor production equipment using the computer system.
  • Carry out quality checks during production.
  • Complete stock checks and keep stock records up to date.
  • Help manage stock and rotate products correctly.
  • Reduce waste while maintaining product quality.
  • Keep the work area clean and follow Health & Safety procedures.
  • Work as part of the team and help improve processes.
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by the Production Manager.
  • What you will need to succeed
  • Can follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
  • Can use computer systems and complete basic paperwork.
  • Has good attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work.
  • Understands Food Safety, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Ideally have knowledge of pipe routing, valve settings, pasteurisers and homogenisers.
