Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Wiltshire, who is actively seeking to engage a Field Service Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. What you will be doing:

  • The successful candidate will be supporting clients on-site and workshop servicing and assembly.
  • Carrying out on-site work on pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment components including testing and fault finding.
  • Able to handle a variety of on-site repairs whilst maintaining excellent face-to-face customer service.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Agricultural, plant or commercial engineering experience.
  • Experience using hydraulic, electric and manual tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage own workload.
  • Your own toolkit would be desirable.
