About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process within the Industrial and Logistics sectors. You will be fully supported with structured training, ongoing development, and one-to-one mentorship to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. This role offers a clear and achievable pathway to progress into a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Learning how to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for industrial and logistics roles
  • Writing and posting job adverts to attract suitable candidates
  • Supporting the management of the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Delivering excellent communication and customer service
  • Working towards achievable targets with full guidance and support

What We're Looking For
