Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our dynamic client in Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Processing accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures
- Preparing financial reports and analysis as needed
- Adhoc project work as required
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous accounts experience along with good numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
