Our Preston based client is looking for a 7.5T driver to work on an ongoing basis. This vacancy has arisen due to the site having an unmanned vehicle, so this position may become permanent.
You will be given a full week's training in the role with one of the drivers. You will be using a pod device for delivery and also a tail lift. This role may require some offloading from the back of the vehicle into the customer.
The suitable candidate must:
- Have held a valid 7.5T licence for 6 months due to insurance restrictions
- Have a valid CPC and digital tachograph card
- Be comfortable doing 6-8 deliveries per day
- An element of handball
