The Three Trees is a vibrant, community-focused pub in Bletchley, serving fresh, delicious Great British classics alongside our popular 7 day a week carvery. From family meals and casual drinks to private celebrations and events in our dedicated function spaces, there's always something happening and no two days are the same.
We're looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and delivering fantastic hospitality to every guest. The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to help lead the day-to-day operation of the business. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting and developing the team, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with the daily running of the business
- Lead and motivate the front of house team
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity
- Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the venue
- Manage shifts and act as Manager on Duty when required
- Support staff training and development
- Assist with stock control and maintaining GP targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
About You
- Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, hands-on approach
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
