Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead one of our premier venues. As a General Manager with Scotsman Group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving both financial and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the venues operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a positive and dynamic working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
