About the role:

As Chef de Partie you will be required to run sections within our kitchen, working as part of a small team of chefs producing & serving quality fresh food for our busy and popular Country Inn awarded for Culinary excellence. You can expect fresh, seasonal ingredients with modern British cuisines from our famous Signature Dishes to traditional favourites. You would also be expected to work in our second kitchen that produces fresh food for a busy high quality Carvery as well as producing food for banquets and buffets for up to 180 covers most weekends and over an average of 100 weddings a year.

About you:

You’ll have a passion for food, hospitality and delivering high standards. A real team player and people person, you’ll have at least 3 years’ experience of modern British cuisine within a professional kitchen.
