As part of a growing independent pub group, The Three Crowns offers the character of a traditional village pub alongside the opportunities and support of an ambitious, growing, local business. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to help get stuck in as part of our front of house team.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on supervisory position working closely with the management team to deliver outstanding service throughout the pub. Balancing food and drink customers in equal measure, you'll help ensure every area of the business operates smoothly and every guest receives a warm, professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and motivating the front of house team during service
- Delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail
- Supporting team training and development
- Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
The successful candidate will;
Have at least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior front of house role within a quality pub, restaurant or hospitality business
Be outgoing, friendly and confident with guests
Possess excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Be organised, reliable and able to perform well under pressure
Be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality
