Bar & Front of House Staff – The Three Bishops, Brighstone
Join our welcoming team at The Three Bishops, a classic English country pub in the heart of Brighstone Village!
We take pride in providing fantastic food, local ales, and excellent service in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We’re now looking for enthusiastic bar and front-of-house team members to help us create memorable experiences for our guests.
The Role:
As part of our Bar & Front of House team, you\'ll be responsible for:
- Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism
- Pouring and preparing drinks, including local ales and spirits
- Taking orders and ensuring smooth service between the bar and kitchen
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Handling payments and maintaining a clean and organized work area
About You:
We’re looking for people who:
- Enjoy working in a busy, social environment
- Have a friendly and professional approach to customer service
- Can work efficiently and as part of a team
- Are reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential—we provide full training!
The Details:
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Minimum wage (dependent on age)
- Due to our location, own transport is essential
