The Thornbury Clinic is a multi award-winning multidisciplinary clinic with a strong reputation for high-quality MSK and sports injury care. Due to continued growth in patient demand, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Physiotherapist to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a Physio who enjoys working in a positive, supportive environment, values clinical autonomy, and wants to feel genuinely involved in the direction of the clinic.

The Role

  • Delivering outstanding MSK care to a varied private caseload, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in our Yate and Thornbury clinics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality, patient-centred MSK physiotherapy
  • Managing your own caseload with confidence and autonomy
  • Making appropriate onward referrals when needed
  • Contributing to regular CPD and case discussion meetings
  • Supporting the clinic at local sports events (optional but encouraged)
  • Helping to develop long-term patient relationships within the clinic

Shifts Available

We can offer flexibility around most shifts; however, availability on Fridays and at least one evening is essential. We’re very happy to discuss a rota that works well for the right person.

About You

  • HCPC & CSP registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in private practice (but we’re open to discussing this for the right candidate)
  • Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
  • Approachable, professional, and enjoys being part of a team
