Part Time Caretaker

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support, making it vital for the overall functioning of our operations.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
* Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repair.
* Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with environmental guidelines.
* Assist with basic maintenance tasks as required, reporting any significant issues to management.
* Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stored properly.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all areas are clean and presentable at all times.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Excellent time management skills, enabling efficient completion of tasks within set deadlines.
* Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other staff.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative when required.
