You will be working as part of our in-club team, a collaborative, inclusive team of people who support each other and deliver a first-class service to our members whilst having fun doing so. As part of our Sales offering, we deliver ongoing training, development, courses and qualifications through our Sales Academy. Our in-house Sales Academy, led by our Head of Sales, delivers training to support our Consultants in their roles. We empower our sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to grow in their careers and excel in the dynamic world of sales in the luxury health club industry, while upholding our values of being a community, creating innovatively, living passionately, being reliable and showing expertise.
No day is the same as a Sales Consultant; from booking tours, to phone calls, to outreach and events, being a successful Sales Consultant comes down to building meaningful connections and tailoring the experience to the individual in front of you. A huge part of a member's journey, our Sales Consultants are key to our success at Third Space.
