Trainer Role Overview
This role focuses on training members and does not include personal training.
You will be enrolled in our Academy career path, supported by the Education Team as you develop PT skills over 6-12 months.
Successful completion may allow progression to Personal Trainer.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent interaction and communication with members.
- Manage difficult conversations and address negative feedback proactively.
- Serve as a customer service liaison between members and management.
- Upload gym floor experiences in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a natural flair for exceeding member expectations.
- First Aid knowledge.
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or a degree in Sport & Exercise, or a nationally accredited equivalent.
- Working Conditions
- Work schedule may include early mornings (as early as 05:00), evenings (as late as 22:45), and weekends.
