We are looking for a Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor at Third Space's Moorgate studio. The role will own all aspects of Reformer Pilates, launch the program for the first time, and work closely with the Group Exercise Manager and Master Trainer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teach 20 hours per week of mat and equipment Pilates classes.
- Deliver 12 hours of business-related duties including recruitment, training, and brand standards development.
- Represent Third Space at events, social media, instructor roadshows, and staff classes.
- Build energy and engagement around the Group Exercise vision.
- Maintain meticulous detail and prepare classes to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified to teach both equipment and mat Pilates.
- Strong personality, showmanship, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Experience leading group projects and coaching staff is desirable.
Work hours: 32 hours per week (20 teaching + 12 business).
