We're looking for a Kitchen Porter to perform and supervise all aspects involving washing up, cleaning, basic food preparation and the smooth running of the kitchens. Duties include:
- Keeping kitchen areas clean and sanitised
- Washing all cooking tools and utensils fast
- Supporting kitchen staff by taking on food prep tasks
- Follow instructions precisely, as led by Head Chef and Head Kitchen Porter
- Clean up breakages and spillages to prevent accidents
- Clean and maintain bin areas; placed and ready for collection in appropriate areas
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar is required, starting immediately for our busy Production kitchen. Happy working on their own and as a team. Apply only if you can travel to CR4 3TD (Mitcham).
