Job Overview

Natural Fitness Food is looking for a proactive Site Supervisor (F&B Retail) to join the team at Third Space The Whiteley.

The position reports directly to the Site Manager and works closely in overseeing the Natural Fitness Food Department, achieving targets while operating in a safe and hygienic environment.

The Site Supervisor will also act as an ambassador ensuring all customers receive outstanding service by promoting and providing information on products sold.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager in driving performance with a focus on attention to detail and customer experience.
  • Ensure the Food Retail team follows cleaning procedures, regularly checking key areas such as stock rooms, display fridges and freezers to comply with Food Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Take ownership of tasks such as restocking, stock ordering and deep cleaning counter areas.
  • Manage team attendance and punctuality, ensuring a high‑performing reliable team.
  • Address and resolve any challenges within the team, including having difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Be willing to step in and cover for team members when needed to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous food retail experience.
  • Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
  • A strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations and managing team performance.
  • A flexible, hardworking attitude and commitment to consistently delivering the best results.
