Overview
We are looking for a full-time permanent Member Concierge to join us at our club at Canary Wharf. Our Member Concierge team members are the first point of contact for a member upon entering the club and so they play a crucial role in demonstrating the exceptional standards and values which we at Third Space live and breathe by. This is a unique opportunity to become the best in what you do that in which will bring new opportunities to develop and progress within the company.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact to our demanding members; Calm under pressure
- Passion, Enthusiasm, and five-star customer service
- Ability to work early and late shifts (5:00–23:00)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills; Good level of English (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated; enthusiastic team player
