We are growing our Reformer Pilates offering at Third Space. This concept delivers intelligent, high quality Pilates in a premium studio environment, designed to challenge, educate and inspire our members while staying true to Third Space standards. Our instructors are the heartbeat of Group Exercise. As a Lead Instructor, your energy, expertise and presence will extend far beyond the studio, shaping the Reformer Pilates experience and contributing to the wider Group Exercise vision across the brand.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional mat and equipment Pilates classes delivered to the highest standard
- A premium Reformer Pilates experience that reflects Third Space brand values
- A visible, engaging presence in and out of the studio, building community and energy
- Delivery of staff classes and support at instructor roadshows and events
- Active involvement in showcasing the Group Exercise product across events and social platforms
- Meticulous class preparation and attention to detail to ensure consistency of experience
Qualifications
- Fully qualified instructor in equipment and mat Pilates
- Strong teaching experience with the confidence to lead a flagship concept
- Inspirational, enthusiastic and engaging delivery style
- A natural ambassador with strong personal presence and communication skills
- Passion for Group Exercise and excitement about being involved beyond teaching hours
- Ability to balance creativity and energy with structure, preparation and precision
