We are now looking for our team of full-time permanent Member Concierge to join us at our club in Richmond, opening December 2024 (start date will be November). Our Member Concierge team members are the first point of contact for a member upon entering the club and so they play a crucial role in demonstrating the exceptional standards and values which we at Third Space live and breathe by. This is a unique opportunity to become the best in what you do that in which will bring new opportunities to develop and progress within the company.

Requirements:

  • Passion, Enthusiasm, and five-star customer service
  • First point of contact to our demanding members; Calm under pressure
  • Ability to work early and late shifts (5:00-23:00)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills; Good level of English (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated; enthusiastic team player
