We are now looking for a People Partner to join, working closely with General Managers, Heads of Department, and the wider People team to deliver the People Agenda. This is a true generalist role covering:
- Business Partnering & Insights: Coaching and consulting stakeholders, advising on HR policies, and using people data to identify trends and shape strategy.
- Talent Management: Drive feedback culture, talent planning, succession, and development initiatives in partnership with L&D and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Employee Relations: Provide trusted advice, manage ER cases end-to-end, deliver training, and anticipate issues before they arise.
- People Team Support: Contribute to projects and take initiative to ensure continuous improvement across clubs.
Experience across the full employee lifecycle and ER case management. Strong knowledge of employment law, balanced with emotional intelligence and sound judgement. Someone comfortable with the grey and providing advice in that. A collaborative style, able to build trust, influence, and challenge stakeholders. Confidence in using people data and insights to drive strategy. A growth mindset, someone comfortable to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement, enabling us to get better as we get bigger.
