The Thinking Schools Academy Trust in Torquay is seeking an exceptional Pastoral Teaching Assistant to support vulnerable students, helping them rediscover confidence and re-engage with learning. Working with pastoral and teaching teams, you will deliver pastoral interventions, build trusting relationships, and use trauma-informed approaches to help regulate emotions and make positive choices.
