About The Role
Join our Thinking Fitness Team. Are you passionate about sports and the leisure industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We’re seeking a customer-focused Fitness & Lettings Officer to join our team working across our gyms at Brixham College and Plympton Academy, together with supporting lettings at Paignton Academy. The successful applicant will oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures as well as prepare facilities for activities, ensuring a welcoming environment. Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive, proactive approach will be at the centre of your practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fitness Supervision: Oversee gym activities, ensure safe equipment use, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, handle enquiries, and promote our services.
- Operational Duties: Oversee health and safety, monitor site entry, and manage daily operations including opening and closing the facility.
- Lettings Management: Manage club and group bookings, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
This is a casual role which includes evening and weekend working.
