We have an exciting new role as a Finance Business Partner to join our Thinking Financial Team in managing our Kent hub of schools.

As Finance Business Partner you will be supporting the strategic development of each designated academy by working closely with the Head of Business Operations, providing financial support and expertise.

The perfect candidate will be able to build strong relationships with school teams and leaders across the Trust, as well as with our external stakeholders.

To succeed in the role the candidate will have the skills to be able to interpret data and produce trusted reports which make decisions clear.

We are able to offer hybrid working for this role upon completion of relevant training.
