You will deliver high quality financial admin support to the Trust's Central Finance Team under the direction of the Finance Manager. The Finance Administrator plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for the team - ensuring that all incoming queries are managed in an accurate and timely manner fulfilling the Trust's core financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with a busy inbox, answer incoming calls, and process purchase orders for equipment and materials accurately with agreed authorisation and timescales.
  • Liaise with suppliers and budget holders as necessary.
