Maritime Academy, part of The Thinking Schools Academy Trust, is expanding with a Deputy Attendance Improvement Coordinator to support reducing absence and improving punctuality across the academy. You will work with school staff, the Attendance Advisory Service and parents to monitor attendance, maintain registers accurately and help motivate pupils to achieve outstanding attendance.
Previous attendance experience in schools is helpful.
