About The Role
Are you someone who loves working with young people and making a difference in their learning journey? What will you be doing?
- Supervising classes: You'll take the reins when the teacher is away, following pre‑prepared lesson plans and keeping things running smoothly.
- Supporting students: Provide guidance to help them work through tasks, adjusting your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Boosting progress: Help students make strides in literacy and numeracy, and make sure their learning is always moving forward.
- Team player: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to keep track of student progress and make sure everyone is reaching their potential.
