About The Role

Are you someone who loves working with young people and making a difference in their learning journey? Brixham College are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join the team at their supportive college. What will you be doing?

  • Supervising classes: You lead the class when the teacher is away, following pre-prepared lesson plans and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Supporting students: Provide guidance to help them work through tasks, adjusting your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Boosting progress: Help students make strides in literacy and numeracy, and make sure their learning is always moving forward.
  • Team player: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to keep track of student progress and ensure everyone is reaching their potential.
