Multi-award winning international Marketing Communications Agency, The Think Tank, is looking for a Digital Media Account Executive to join our Digital Media team. The role supports the team, building, optimising and reporting across a range of B2B digital marketing campaigns on PPC and paid social. NB Experience of paid digital media is required.

The role involves being a key part of our PPC and Paid Social team, reporting to the Senior PPC and Paid Social Manager. Day to day, you'll be building, optimising and reporting on B2B digital campaigns across a range of clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Building digital campaigns across PPC channels (Google and Microsoft) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta and more), including audience research, campaign architecture, UTMs, naming conventions and budget allocation.
- Managing, collating and interpreting PPC and paid social data into client reports using Looker Studio and PowerPoint.
- Optimising campaign performance using native platform data and GA4, including audience refinement, bid management, A/B testing and trend analysis.
- Keeping up to date with platform updates, emerging ad formats, creative trends and new tactical initiatives.
- Setting up tags in Google Tag Manager and GA4 to track campaign performance.
- Liaising with ad platform representatives such as Google and LinkedIn Ads, and presenting recommended optimisations to your manager.
What we're looking for:
The right candidate must have a solid knowledge of PPC and paid social. This role would suit a digital account executive who is working in an internship or has held a similar role for around a year. You’ll need:
- Google Search and Display Ads certifications and/or relevant experience.
- GA4, Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking experience.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, including PowerPoint, Looker Studio and Excel.
- Experience with additional platforms such as programmatic, or alternative analytics tools, is a bonus.
