Help Shape the Future of Early Mental Health Support
The Therapy Programme is launching a Community Interest Company (CIC) alongside our established company to expand access to high-quality mental health support for children, young people and adults. Our mission is simple: to make evidence-informed, therapist-led mental health support more accessible through innovative online group programmes that reduce isolation, build resilience and provide earlier intervention before people reach crisis point.
As we establish the CIC, we are looking to appoint Volunteer Non-Executive Directors (Founding Board Members) to help guide the organisation through its next stage of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a new organisation from the very beginning while helping increase access to mental health support across Scotland and beyond.
As a founding Board member, you will play an important role in shaping the organisation's strategy, governance and long‑term impact. Your expertise will help ensure the CIC develops strong foundations, maintains high professional and ethical standards, and maximises its ability to secure funding and create lasting social impact.
