The Theodoros Group, a leading multinational corporation in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our growing team in providing the highest level of compliance and ethical standards across all aspects of our operations. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company operates with integrity, transparency, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure that The Theodoros Group meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess ongoing business activities to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and experience in interpreting and implementing them in a corporate environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
