Position Summary

We are seeking a Tricentis Architect / Test Automation Lead to drive automation strategy and implementation across an SAP transformation programme. This role will focus on establishing scalable automation frameworks, improving regression efficiency, and enabling continuous testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement test automation strategy across SAP and integrated systems
  • Lead design and deployment of automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage and regression efficiency
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
  • Collaborate with functional and QA teams to align automation with business processes
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers
  • Ensure automation supports end-to-end testing, including integration and UAT cycles
  • Evaluate and implement best practices for test data and environment management

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Tricentis Tosca (architecture and implementation)
  • Proven experience leading test automation strategy in SAP environments
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of SAP testing, integration flows, and business processes
  • Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

Technical Skills

  • Tricentis Tosca (advanced / architect level)
  • Test automation frameworks and design patterns
  • SAP testing and automation integration
  • API testing tools (Postman, REST tools)
  • Test data management and environment management tools
  • Programming/scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or similar preferred)
  • Version control systems (Git)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in test automation
  • 3+ years in a test automation lead or architect role
  • Proven experience implementing Tricentis Tosca in enterprise environments
  • Experience working on SAP or ERP transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and continuous testing practices
