The Tenth is a maternal wellness platform building the care infrastructure that women have never been given, spanning pregnancy through the postpartum period and beyond. We operate the UK's premier luxury postpartum retreat at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, alongside at-home care programmes and Tenth Circles, our community and support platform for mothers navigating the critical early weeks and beyond. Rooted in the belief that every stage of the maternal journey deserves the same attention, investment, and care, The Tenth combines clinical expertise, world-class hospitality, and genuine emotional support into an end-to-end experience. We have supported hundreds of mothers across London, earned features in Vogue, Tatler, and Condé Nast Traveller, and built trusted relationships with leading OB‑GYNs, hospital teams, and GP practices citywide.
About the Role
The Tenth is seeking a highly relationship-driven Fractional Partnership Lead to deepen and expand our engagement within London's maternal health ecosystem. Over the past year, we have built meaningful relationships with leading OB‑GYNs, hospital teams, and GP practices across London. As our model continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated individual to nurture, maintain, and strengthen these relationships day to day. This is a critical channel for us, one rooted in trust, credibility, and long‑term ecosystem alignment.
Role Description
This is not a cold outreach role. It is a relationship stewardship and partnership acceleration role. The successful candidate will:
- Nurture and maintain existing OB‑GYN and hospital relationships
- Ensure The Tenth remains front‑of‑mind within key practices and clinical settings
- Build meaningful rapport with consultants, midwives, GPs, and administrative teams
- Support referral continuity through thoughtful follow‑up and regular touchpoints
- Execute in‑practice engagement strategies (visits, education, thoughtful gestures, events)
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within aligned clinics, hospitals, and GP surgeries
- Represent The Tenth with professionalism, warmth and discretion
This is a highly relational role requiring consistency, subtlety and follow‑through.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Deeply comfortable engaging with OB‑GYNs, consultants and hospital teams
- Confident navigating private healthcare environments
- Relationship‑led, proactive and organised
- Highly professional and discreet
- Strong understanding of maternal health or adjacent sectors
- London‑based and willing to visit practices in person
- Experienced in partnership development, field marketing, or healthcare liaison roles
- Ideally, this person will “eat, breathe and sleep” maternal health partnerships — someone who understands that trust‑based referral ecosystems require sustained attention, not one‑off outreach.
Structure
- Fractional / part‑time
- 3 days per week phased across a week (expected to be your primary client commitment)
- London‑based with regular in‑person practice visits
- Initial 3‑month pilot engagement designed to establish relationships, momentum and measurable progress across our maternal health partnerships
- While the role begins with a three‑month pilot phase, our intention is to build a longer‑term partnership. Subject to strong progress and mutual fit, the engagement is expected to extend to a total of approximately 9 months or longer.
- For this reason, applicants should ideally have the availability and interest to continue beyond the initial pilot phase, with extensions agreed in staged increments and with advance notice to ensure continuity.
