Specialist private client law firm (SRA regulated) looking for locum cover for up to 6 months from a locum private client solicitor specifically with experience of probate work.
Looking for someone willing to oversee the work of a probate team of 20 fee earners. Work will require a knowledge of trusts work - eg deeds of variation etc. An understanding of trust tax and probate tax would be beneficial. Estate planning experience not needed.
Full time or part time acceptable, flexible hours are also fine. The firm will look at someone working fully remotely for the duration of this role. They are based in Cheshire near the M6 if anyone wanted to work from the office. Start date is as soon as you are able.
